INDIANAPOLIS — Marsh Supermarkets will soon be out of the liquor-selling business.

A state law doesn’t allow a grocery store to sell liquor unless there is a pharmacy in the store. Last week, Eyewitness News reported Marsh is closing all 27 of its in-store pharmacies and turning prescription records and inventory over to CVS.

The company announced on Facebook they’re selling spirits for 40% off through Saturday, May 6.
