WARSAW —  The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at El Faro Grill, located at 1303 North Detroit St., Warsaw. El Faro is a seafood restaurant with south of the border recipes and flavors. When customers stop in for a meal, they will find  old favorites mixed with new dishes.

El Faro is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
