WARSAW — Imagine being an award-winning sales rep, highly sought after by Fortune 500 companies, holding numerous achievement records and enjoying a healthy 6-figure income only to have it snatched away in just a moment. Angela Howell doesn’t have to imagine. But there is more to her story. The “Tap in to Your Passion,” event is open to women in the Warsaw and surrounding communities and will be held at the 2517 Building, 2517 E. Center St., Warsaw. Doors open at 5:15 p.m. with Angela taking the stage at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Angela’s presentation the evening will include networking opportunities, appetizers and door prizes.

Attendees will receive a  discount if they bring an article of business attire which will be donated to the Young Adult Professionals of Warsaw Professional Clothing Drive. These clothes are made available to young professional job seekers who do not own appropriate outfits to wear to job interviews.

Angela will be sharing how her corporate sales career suddenly ended as the result of a devastating work injury. For the following ten years, she experienced numerous surgeries and had to engage in extensive physical therapy. Add to that her struggle with anorexia and bulimia and you would think her story would be of -a woman who “used to have a good life.” That isn’t the case. Angela recreated herself by identifying her dreams and relentlessly pursuing them. Today she is an entrepreneur, best-selling author, coach and popular keynote speaker who encourages women to not settle for a mediocre life but to pursue their own passions and live the life of their dreams.
