Warsaw Police have arrested two men they believe are associated with a break in to a home that was under construction.

The reported break in at 2533 Nature View Drive in Harrison Ridge addition, Warsaw, was made on Oct. 16th, by the owner/builder of Stonehill Homes, based out of New Carlisle, Ind. The home, which was nearly completed, was robbed of several new appliances.
Within a day after the break in, appliances matching the description were found listed for sale on Craig’s List, an Internet social media sales site. The victim and Warsaw Police recovered the items at 3022 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, the next day. A subsequent search warrant was served at that residence.
Two men believed to be associated with that theft, Justin Ray Teel, 24, of Warsaw, and Nathaniel V. Johnson, 26, of Pierceton, have been arrested.

Teel is the owner of the Deerfield Path home where the appliances were located, and Johnson was present at the home and showed the items for sale. Both subjects were arrested on Thursday, Nov. 8, at their homes and booked for felony charges of burglary, theft and possession of stolen property.
Both were held on a $12,000 cash bond.
Warsaw Police and the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office suspect that others may be involved in this matter, and continue to investigate.
