Randy A. Boardman, 61, North Manchester, died at 7:45 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017 in Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.

He was born Dec. 14, 1955 in Wabash to Victor and Celia (Brewer) Boardman. He graduated from Wabash High School in 1975.  On Feb. 14, 2016 he married Elizabeth M. Patton. He retired from Real Alloys, Wabash after 41 years.

He was an avid IU Basketball and Indianapolis Colts fan. He also enjoyed mushroom hunting, hunting, fishing and camping.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth M. Boardman, North Manchester; son, Jeremy (Emily) Boardman, Somerset; daughter, Jessica Boardman, Warsaw; step sons, Joseph (Aymsley) Patton, Warsaw; Joshua Patton, Silver Lake; and Jonathan (Leah) Patton, Silver Lake; brothers, John (Marilyn) Boardman, Wabash; and Bob (Charlotte) Boardman, Wabash; sisters, Debbie Brown, Carmichael, Calif.; Peggy Holloway, Marion; Vonnie Jines, Columbia City; and Vicki Bozarth, Warsaw; three grandchildren and seven step grandchildren.

Two brothers, Rick Boardman and Greg Mougeotte, and one sister, Cheryl Haltman, are deceased.

Family and friends may call from 4-5 p.m. Thursday, April 20 at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester. Services will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 20 at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester.  Pastor Ron Lane will officiate.
