April 7 — Logan Joseph Zeiger, 18, 3294 N. 700W, Rochester, booked for theft, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and obtaining abuse information under false pretense. Released on his own recognizance.
April 6 — Dezray Elder, 18, 1007 Elm St., Rochester, booked for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; criminal trespass and possession of paraphernalia. No bond.
April 7 — Heather N. Blankenship, 30, 351 S. CR 900E, Akron, booked for possession of a controlled substance and trafficking with an inmate. Bond: Hold for Kosciusko County and $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash.
