WARSAW — At approximately 1:40 p.m., Friday, April 14, first responders were dispatched to an accident at the intersection of SR 25 and CR 200S, Warsaw.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory and Lutheran EMS responded to the accident. The car involved suffered passenger side damage and the driver was transported with injuries. The truck involved suffered very minor damage and was able to drive from the scene.
