SYRACUSE – Wawasee earned its second win of the junior varsity baseball season Wednesday, defeating Columbia City 11-8.

Zak Linnemeier had a big game for the Warriors, going 3-for-3 at the dish.

With the win, Wawasee moves to 2-0 on the young season.

Wawasee is in action again Friday when it hosts East Noble, a 5 p.m. start.
