AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Athletic Department will offer physicals for the 2017-18 school year on May 3.

The physicals, for all athletes who will be in grades 5-12 next year, will be given at Tippecanoe Valley Middle School starting at 7 p.m. Physical forms can be picked up at all Tippecanoe Valley schools and must be signed by parents and the students.

All athletes are required to have a physical on file before participating in any sports. The physical must be completed after April 1 in order to be valid for the following school year.

Cost of the physical is $15 and checks should be made payable to Tippecanoe Valley Middle School.
