INDIANAPOLIS – Alec Dutkowski, a former standout at NorthWood High School, has been named the Crossroads League Golfer of the Week for the second straight week.

Dutkowski, a sophomore at Taylor University, tied the Taylor record with a final round 66 (-5) to lead the No. 20 Trojans to a victory at the TPR Deere Run Invitational in Illinois this past weekend.

Dutkowski finished the 36-hole tournament in second place with a two-round total of 4-under 138.

Taylor edged No. 8 Northwestern Ohio and No. 10 Our Lady of the Lakes at the invitational to pick up its fifth tournament title of the season. Dutkowski earned his fourth top-5 finish of the season.

Dutkowski, who led NorthWood to its first-ever State Finals appearance in 2014, led Taylor last year as he earned third-team All-American honors.
