NEW PARIS — Kenneth and Inez (Borkholder) Schmucker, New Paris, recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married March 10, 1957, at New Paris Methodist Church.

They have three children: Deb (Rick) Carroll, Syracuse; Lisa (Tom) Miller, New Paris; and Sherry (Don) Hoover, New Paris. They also have nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. They are non-denominational.

Kenneth retired from Stow Davis, New Paris. He is a retired fire chief of New Paris, enjoys family activities, Alaska, reading, fishing and helping others. Inez is the manager at Friendly Express, New Paris. She enjoys her family’s card-making sessions, games, puzzles and helping others.

A celebration was held Saturday, March 11, at Sleepy Owl Supper Club, Syracuse, hosted by their daughters. There were 15 in attendance.
