WINONA LAKE — Eric and Heather Hamman work together as “Team Hamman” for Century 21 Bradley Realty, Inc. which is located in Fort Wayne. The realtors work out of their home office in Winona Lake, selling property in the Kosciusko County area.

Although they did not begin working in real estate until 2014, the Hammans have already won prestigious Century 21 agent awards, such as 2014 Quality Service Team Award, 2015 Centurion and 2016 Centurion.

Eric states they chose to work for Century 21 Bradley Realty due to the fact that it is a large firm with marketing and advertising that is “years ahead of what everyone else is doing.” Century 21 Bradley broadcasts a weekly television show, “Home Connections”, on Sunday mornings. In their first six months working for Century 21 Eric and Heather achieved approximately $10 million in sales. They anticipate that by the end of 2017 they will be $70 million dollar producers in northern Indiana. They have earned the status of Century 21 Fine Home and Estate Agents.

The couple state they are firm believers of the adage, “When you give, you get back.” They donate a percentage of their home sales to local nonprofit organizations, such as Magical Meadows and Lakeland Youth Center. The Hammans hope to bring awareness to some of these organizations, reporting that they recently donated to the Boomerang Backpack program.

Eric attributes their success to connections in the community as both he and Heather have lived in this area their entire lives. They also feel that working as a couple has benefited their business, as they believe it makes it easier for their clients to relate to them. The Hammans recently purchased four moving trailers that they let their clients use free of charge for moving furniture.

They describe it as a challenging but rewarding profession that requires a lot of time and commitment. Both Eric and Heather report that the thing they most enjoy about being real estate agents is the feeling that they helped to make a difference in someone’s life by finding the perfect home for each client.
