SYRACUSE — Robert “Bob” Laughlin, Syracuse, is celebrating his 90th birthday. He was born March 29, 1927, to Millard and Fern Laughlin.

He has three daughters, eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He walks at the community center, still golfs and is a 64-year member of Maxwelton Golf Course.
