Area Police Reports
Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 4:32 p.m. Monday, March 6, 3500 block West CR 100S, Warsaw. A male reported a stabbing.
- 3:51 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Shirley G. Embry reported a home improvement/tree removal fraud.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 3:44 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2700 block North Detroit St., Warsaw. Susan Wright reported criminal mischief to a vehicle.
Bourbon
Officers with the Bourbon Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 7 p.m. Monday, March 6, Lincoln Highway and Elm Road, Bourbon. Officer Adam Hudson was operating a stationary radar at the intersection and observed a vehicle traveling with no license plate light and conducted a traffic stop. During the stop Hudson found the driver, Marc Alynn Garrison Gross, to have a suspended operator’s license. A search of the vehicle resulted in finding a substance that field tested positive for marijuana along with paraphernalia. Gross was arrested and booked in the Marshall County Jail for driving while suspended with a prior conviction and possession of marijuana. Bond: $750.
