• Billy J. Fairchild, 27, 3020 E. Wooster Rd., Pierceton, arrested for possession of chemical reagents/precursors/methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, theft under $100,000, and possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000
• Adam Michael Eary, 30, 702 E. Nokomis Dr., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond

• Travis R. Green, 26, 7232 E. 650 N., North Webster, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $1,000
• Mark Dale McGillem, 34, 1202 Wooster Rd. #63A, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. Bond: $2,000
• Justin Harrold Mickem, 30, 320 N. Blaine St., North Webster, arrested for burglary/breaking and entering. Bond: $5,000
