Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

3:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 400 block of West First Street, Milford. A female reported that a male kicked in her front door and now her smartphone and iPad are missing.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

8:54 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. Michelle Anne Poe reported identity deception.

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

2:32 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 100 block of EMS C29 Lane, Warsaw. Araceli Grant reported that a fraudulent account was opened using her name and social security number.
