Mary M. Kwiatkowski, 83, Plymouth, passed away at 6:10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017 at Pilgrim Manor, Plymouth.

Per Mary’s wishes, no visitation or service will take place. Burial will take place at a later date in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Chicago, Ill.
