Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

2:39 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, 300 block of South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Dennis E. Cultice reported fraud.
10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, 100 block of EMS B36b Lane, Warsaw. A female reported intimidation with a deadly weapon and theft of a cell phone.
