Angie Hernandez, a certified hypnotherapist, will be sharing an evening with you from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 5, at the Milford Public Library. Hypnotherapy will be used along with your imaginations to turn down the power of a craving.
You probably have a craving that you want to turn down and have been unable to on your own. This could be French fries, chocolate, sweets, carbonated beverages, pasta or potato chips. Because your craving has roots in your subconscious mind, especially in your control center, you may have tried everything but couldn’t seem to control it. We will completely relax and allow your subconscious mind to reflect your wishes the same way Olympic athletes prepare their subconscious minds for competition. Can’t wait to see you there!

Family Movie Day
Come and watch the outrageous yuletide adventures of Christmas elves Lanny and Wayne in this totally tinsel adventure that reminds us there’s room for everyone on the ‘nice’ list. Santa’s stealthiest little elves must race to recover classified North Pole technology, which has fallen into the hands of a computer-hacking naughty kid, in an effort to stop Christmas from descending into chaos. Bring the family together for a comical adventure that puts the Ho, Ho, Ho in your Holidays!
The movie will be shown at 10:30 a.m. and again at 2 p.m. The movie is rated G and is 46 minutes long. Everyone is invited to come and enjoy this new release. There will be free refreshments!
