Paula Marie Fitzpatrick, 39, Warsaw, passed away in her residence at 10:28 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2017.

She was born on March 7, 1977 in Warsaw to Paul Wayne Fitzpatrick and Joan (Heeter) Evans. She was a lifetime resident of Warsaw.

Paula worked at Pak-A-Sak, R.R. Donnelley and Sons and the Village Pantry.

Paula enjoyed karaoke, being with family and friends

She is survived by her sons: Ezekiel and Zarre Fitzpatrick of Warsaw; and her mother Joan Evans, Warsaw; two brothers, Will Fitzpatrick Warsaw and Travis Fitzpatrick, Kentucky. One sister Loretta Carpenter (Shawn), Warsaw. Six nieces and nephews; and six great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, father, sister and grandparents.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Pastor William Whitaker officiating.

Visitation will also be held from 1-3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel. Interment will take place at a later date.

The family is requesting that the memorial contributions be made to the Paula Fitzpatrick funeral fund c/o McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Ct., Warsaw, IN 46580.
