KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — United Way of Kosciusko County’s funding forms are now available on their website.  The Request for Funding forms can be found under “news” online. 

United Way funds programs in three focus areas; Education, Income and Health. Each focus area has a specific mission. Education improves education outcomes by supporting early learning. Income provides working families mentorship and empowerment opportunities to accomplish financial stability. Health supports healthier lifestyles through education, accessibility and rehabilitation.

All non-profit programs working on these focus areas in Kosciusko County are welcome to request funding for the July 2017 to June 2018 allocation year. Funding requests are due on Feb. 23 by noon.
