PLYMOUTH — Sean A. Critchlow, 23, 2550 N. Michigan St., Plymouth, was arrested by Plymouth Police in connection with the robbery and attempted robbery Thursday, Jan. 12. Critchlow has been charged with robbery and attempted robbery.

Bond is set at $10,000.

At 10:39 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, Plymouth Police received a report of a white male who had attempted to commit a robbery at Krogers, 2001 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. This same individual then left the store and became involved in a physical altercation with an individual in the parking lot outside the store. The suspect took merchandise from this victim. Another customer fired a handgun into the air outside the store to stop the attack. The suspect, later identified as Critchlow, ran to the north with the stolen items and was not immediately located.

Images from the video of the store were publicized the following day and police received several tips indicating Critchlow.

Police arrested Critchlow Jan. 13.
