Patricia “Pat” Ann Wallen, Warsaw, passed away at 12:46 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at her residence at the age of 73.

She was born Dec. 10, 1943 in West Palm Beach, Fla. to John H. Slone and Dorothy Louise (Thomas) Slone.  On March 16, 1963 she was married to Milton Wallen, who passed away on Feb. 22, 2001.

Pat was a resident of Kosciusko County since 1962 where she was a member of God’s Highway to Heaven Church of Warsaw.  She had worked in her younger years at Jomac Products in Warsaw, and was a homemaker.  She enjoyed shopping and using Facebook, but she especially loved babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son: Randy (wife Tammy) Wallen, Claypool; daughter: Stephanie (husband Todd) Dickey, Warsaw; seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren,

One sister: Brenda Hughes, Wildwood, Fla. also survives

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers: Eugene and Ricky Slone.

Visitation will be held 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 8 at God’s Highway to Heaven Church, 555 W. Webber Street, Warsaw.

Her funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 9 at God’s Highway to Heaven Church and officiated by Pastor Bob Brown.  Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.

Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
