Kosciusko

6:37 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, South SR 15, north of West CR 700N, Claypool. Driver: Gerald L. Enyeart, 57, West CR 1400N, North Manchester. Enyeart was northbound on SR 15 when a large deer entered the roadway, colliding with the front driver side of the vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

2:02 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Driver: Spencer K. Britton, 15, South Woodfield Trail, Warsaw. Britton turned too sharply while leaving a parking space in front of RadioShack, colliding with the front of an unoccupied vehicle. Because Britton only has a learner’s permit, his mother began driving. As she pulled her vehicle forward more damage occurred. Damage up to $10,000.

6:19 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, South McKinley Street and East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Andrew Childs, 20, North Parker Street, Warsaw, and Jackie E. Rich, 56, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Childs thought Rich had a stop sign on westbound Market Street and pulled out in front of him. Damage up to $2,500.

North Webster

2:38 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, North SR 13, North Webster. Drivers: Janet I. Bitner, 74, East Hatchery Road, Syracuse, and Frances L. Zahn, 89, Sawgrass Lane, Leesburg. Bitner backed into the front of Zahn’s vehicle when she was she decided the parking space she was pulling in to was not big enough and backed up. Damage up to $2,500.
