One vehicle had rolled over on to its side.

WARSAW — Shortly after 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, Warsaw Fire and Lutheran EMS were dispatched to a vehicle rollover at 108 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, near Teachers Credit Union.

According to the accident report, Corbin J. Holtsberry, 22, Oak Boulevard, Bremen, was driving a red Ford Explorer southbound on South Indiana Street. Holtsberry was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of East Winona Avenue as a semi in the westbound lane blocking his view of eastbound traffic.

Holtsberry believed the road was clear and proceeded into the intersection where he was struck in the right rear of his vehicle by Jacob C. Bradley, 16, Lincoln Drive, Warsaw, who was driving a silver Pontiac Grand Prix eastbound. The impact from the collision caused Holtsberry to lose control of his vehicle and roll over.

Bradley stated he was unable to avoid a collision when Holtsberry came into the intersection.

Both drivers were checked out by EMS but refused medical treatment.

The second vehicle sustained only front end damage.
