WARSAW — At approximately 5:05 p.m. Warsaw Police, Warsaw Fire and Lutheran EMS were dispatched to a four-vehicle accident in the vicinity of North SR 15 and CR 350N.

Initial reports indicated two minor injuries. It was a chain reaction rear collision.

Traffic was diverted from the southbound lane of SR 15 onto Sheldon Street causing traffic delays.
