Warsaw Middle School Bands Present Winter Concert

WARSAW — The Warsaw Community Schools sixth, seventh and eighth grade bands will present their Winter Concert on Tuesday, Dec. 20. The concert will be held in the PAC Auditorium at Warsaw Community High School, beginning at 7 p.m.

Admission is free and the public is invited to attend. There will be a donation box accepting can goods to help families in our community during the holiday season.

The concert will feature performances by the sixth grade Beginning Band – comprised of sixth grade students from all Warsaw elementary schools; the combined Edgewood/Lakeview seventh grade bands; and the combined Edgewood/Lakeview eighth grade bands.

The bands will perform such holiday favorites as “Christmas Tribute,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer,” and many others.

The program is under the direction of Joseph Peloza, with assistance by WCHS Assistant Band Director Tyler Claycomb and Martin Becker.
