W.L. “Bud” and Patty Deaton will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary Nov. 5.
The couple were married in Indianapolis.

They are the retired owners of Deaton Equipment Sales, Claypool. Both attended Purdue University. They are the parents of Christine, Tom (deceased), Tim and Connie.
