9:24 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, West Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Mahamoud A. Nour, 25, Glenmont Drive, Houston, Texas. Nour backed into a building while attempting to back into a delivery bay. Damage up to $10,000.
