Kosciusko

The following people were booked in the Kosciusko County Jail:

Bill Pipp speaks to the group of guests at the annual Wawasee Property Owners Association dinner meeting/cruise Saturday evening about the formation of the Turkey Creek Dam and Dike Conservancy. Kay Young, president of the WPOA is shown on the far right.

William J. “Bill” Pipp was the 2019 recipient of the WPOA Chief Award for his work in getting the Syracuse Water Control Device repair going and work on establishing a conservancy for future repairs on the water control device and dike.
