Della P. Davis, 107, North Manchester, passed away at 8:15 a.m. Nov. 17, 2016 at Timbercrest Healthcare Center, North Manchester.

Della was born July 17, 1909 to William and Maude (Miller) Deardorff, in Towner County, N.D. On Sept. 7, 1930 Della married Rev. Walter F. Davis. Walter passed away Feb. 19, 1999.

Della worked as a bookkeeper for Litchfield Auto Company in Eau Claire, Wisc. for many years. She was devoted to her faith and was a member of the First Brethren Church, North Manchester. She was a resident of Timbercrest Senior Living Community since 1988.

Della is survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and fourteen great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents William and Maude Deardorff; husband Walter F. Davis; one son Gordon Davis; one daughter Polly Baker; three brothers and one sister.

Family and friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20 at Timbercrest Chapel, 2201 East Street, North Manchester. Service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016 at Timbercrest Chapel. Pastor Kurt Stout will officiate. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester.
