Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 2:22, Wednesday, Nov. 16, 400 block of West Market St., Warsaw. Zackery Hernandez reported a theft of items from his vehicle.
• 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16, 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Menards employees reported a theft of merchandise.

Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

• 8:43 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16, 4300 block of South CR 450W, Claypool. Rebecca Rogaskie reported that her home had been broken into.
