KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for poor drainage areas in northern Kosciusko County, Southern Elkhart County and Marshall County until 1:45 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 2.
At 9:40 p.m., doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding and overflowing in poor drainage areas. One to two inches of rain have already fallen and an additional inch or two is expected.
Brief, but very heavy rainfall will cause poor visibility and ponding of water on area roads.
