Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 9:03 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. A witness reported someone inhaling toxic vapors in a parking lot.
• 10:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31, 400 block of Harding Street, Warsaw. Humberto Malagon reported a stolen Volkswagen.
