• Joshua Dean Fett, 20, 420 N. Rossevelt St. Apt. 3, Warsaw, was arrested for possession of salvia or synthetic cannabinoid and possession of paraphernalia with intent to introduce a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000
• Carl Matthew Delinsky, 48, 1814 Lincoln Dr., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350
• Jack Allen Bocook, 28, 398 W. 800 S., Claypool, arrested for OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or more with a prior conviction, and OWI with a BAC of .15 percent of more. Bond: $1,000
• Tyler Jay Shell, 25, 302 N. James St. Apt. 11, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350
