Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

1:27 p.m., Friday, Oct. 28, East Center St., Warsaw. Drivers: Jeremy Springer, 31, Sophie Lane, Warsaw and Chinmay Devmalya, 32, Brookview Drive, Warsaw. Springer rear ended Devmalya’s vehicle while slowing in traffic. Damages up to $2,500.

5:22 p.m., Friday, Oct. 28, North Detroit St., Warsaw. Drivers: Michelle Harrell, 25, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw and Shaina Harrell, 27, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Michelle rear ended Shaina’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

6:38 p.m., Friday, Oct. 28, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Ashley Sauer and Michael Herndon. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Herndon’s vehicle caught fire but was extinguished quickly. Damages up to $25,000.

Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

2:24 p.m., Friday, Oct. 28, South SR 25, Warsaw. Driver: Anastasia Jackson, 21, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Jackson approached a curve in the road at a fast speed, overcorrected twice and exited the roadway. Jackson and a passenger were transported for minor injuries. Damages up to $10,000.
