Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

7:26 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jazmin A. Cielo, 23, North Lincoln Street, Warsaw, and Jena M. Marcuccilli, 43, EMS C24 Lane, Warsaw. Cielo was stopped at the intersection of Fort Wayne Street and Buffalo Street at a stop sign facing east. Cielo stated she had the right of way. Marcuccilli was at the stop sign facing south, she also believed it was her turn to enter the intersection. The two entered the intersection at the same time and collided. Damages up to $10,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

12:35 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, North Henry Street, Milford. Drivers: Jeannine M. Boyer, 73, North Lake Street, Warsaw, and Jeffrey C. Henderson, 28, North Henry Street, Milford. As Boyer was backing out of her driveway, she failed to see Henderson behind her. The two collided. Damages up to $1,000.
