The judge just ruled that Paul Gingerich will continue to serve the rest of his original 30 year sentence.
Gingerich will spend the next 300 days in an Adult Level 2 Facility. He will then serve home detention, followed by 10 years on probation.
Gingerich, who at the age of 12, was originally sentenced in late 2010 following a plea agreement of conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Phillip Danner on April 20, 2010.
