• 11:37 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, 9700 block North Koher Road, Syracuse. Donald John Griffith reported criminal mischief to his vehicle.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 6:59 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, 1800 block Hepler Drive, Warsaw. A female reported a domestic battery.
• 2:23 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 200 block Argonne Road, Warsaw. A male reported a domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16.

Bourbon

Officers with the Bourbon Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 2:07 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, Center and Old US 30, Bourbon. Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a vehicle in the 500 block of Old US 30 for going left of center, failure to dim headlights and speeding. The driver, Brent A. Rutherford, Atwood, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $1,500 cash.
