The Tippecanoe Valley volleyball team came out on the short end of a 3-0 loss to Southwood Tuesday night.

Southwood took the Three Rivers Conference match 25-22, 25-8, 25-13.

Kelsey Ball led the Vikings with five kills. Courtney Newsome had four and Caylie Teel and Sara Alexander each added three.  Ball also led Valley with three blocks and Alexander had two.

Lauren Early led the defense with 10 digs. Ball and Teel each had seven and  Newsome contributed five.   Tenaya Shull and Kelsey Eckert each had six assists.

Valley drops to 12-12 overall and 2-5 in the TRC.
