Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:49 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, North Lake Street, north of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Danna G. Turcios, 18, Sharon Street, Warsaw, and Brian D. Fuller, 50, Sharon Street, Warsaw. Turcios rear ended Fuller when rain made it too slick to stop. Damage up to $1,000.

12:57 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, East Center Street, east of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Tammy M. Palmer, 39, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw, and Charles F. Levi, 78, West Maple Drive, Decatur. Palmer rear ended Levi when she thought the light had changed from red to green. Damage up to $2,500.
