Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

7:21 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, East Winona Avenue and South Indiana St., Warsaw. Drivers: Jay E. Miller, 48, St. Mary’s Drive, Warsaw, and Kalee T. Tuggle, 37, Claypool. Miller was north bound on Indiana Street and stopped at a stop sign. As he proceeded into the intersection, he collided with Tuggle. Damages up to $10,000.

7:42 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, Kincade Street and South Union Street, Warsaw. Driver: Daniel G. Gonzalez, 17, Sandcastle Drive. Gonzalez’s brakes failed as he was turning onto Union Street, causing his vehicle to drive off the road and hit a utility pole. Damages up to $2,500.

Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

7:29 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, North SR 13 and North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Driver: Michael L. MacDonald, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. MacDonald stuck a deer. Damages up to $5,000.
