WINONA LAKE – The Lakeland Christian Academy volleyball team lost 3-0 to Caston Thursday night.

The Comets topped the host Cougars 25-10, 25-17, 25-14 in the varsity matchup.

Kyla Kohler had an ace to go with four kills and 13 digs to lead the way for LCA.

Carlie Wise had an ace, a dig and two kills and Sydney Hobbs a kill, three digs and five assists for the Cougars. Cami Dahms had three kills, four digs and six assists and Heather Plastow 10 digs for LCA.

Baylee Wiley had an ace, a kill and two digs. Natalie Plastow had an ace, a kill and four digs and Jessica Slone a kill, three digs and three blocks.

Caston won the junior varsity match 25-14, 25-16.

LCA hosts Southside Michiana on Tuesday night.
