Ina Clingerman, 90, Columbia City, passed away at 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 at Miller’s at Oak Pointe. Born Sept. 5, 1926 in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of Samuel B. and Mary M.  (Smith) Long.
