Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

4 p.m., Monday, Sept. 26, South CR 600W, Akron. Driver: Joshua Andrews, 30, South CR 500W, Silver Lake. Andrew’s vehicle hit a deer. Damages up to $2,500.

9:28 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27, East Mckenna Road, Warsaw. Driver: Sidney Miller, 20, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Miller became distracted and left the roadway, hitting a utility pole. Damages up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27, South Detroit St., Warsaw. Drivers: Brett Shaske, 56, Mishawaka Road, Elkhart and Janet Harris, 63, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Shaske exited a hidden private drive and both vehicles collided. Damages up to $5,000.

5:01 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Driver: Dedrick Cosby, 36, East 138th St., Riverdale, Ill.  Cosby’s vehicle collided with a concrete post in a parking lot. Damages up to $1,000.
