WARSAW — At approximately 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Warsaw Police, Warsaw Fire and Lutheran EMS responded to a head on collision on County Farm Road near the intersection of CR 400S.

Two minors and one adult were transported for minor injuries.
