CULVER – The Lakeland Christian Academy boys soccer team saw its first postseason as a member of the IHSAA end Wednesday night.

The Cougars lost a 9-3 final to No. 16 Argos in semifinal play of the Class 1-A Culver Sectional.

Stephen Danielian scored a pair of goals to lead the Cougars. Noah Cole provided the other score for LCA.  The Cougars finish the season with a record of 4-14.

Damon Binkley netted three goals to lead the Dragons, who improved to 17-1-1.

Argos faces Bremen Saturday at 5 p.m. in the sectional championship game.
