Boys Tennis

The Tippecanoe Valley boys tennis team lost a 5-0 final to Peru.

Keith Wright lost a 6-0, 6-3 final at No. 1 singles action for the Vikings. Seth Hoffman dropped a 6-1, 6-2 final at No. 2 singles and Eric Wright was defeated 6-2, 6-0 at No. 3 singles for Valley.

Valley also lost both doubles matches in straight sets. The No. 1 team of Dakota Parker and Garrett Feldman lost 6-2, 6-2. The No. 2 duo of Dylan Sponseller and Chris Schipper dropped a 6-1, 7-5 final.

Valley plays at Maconaquah on Wednesday evening.

Volleyball

The Tippecanoe Valley volleyball team rolled past LaVille 3-0.

The Vikings won the non-conference matchup 25-17, 25-9, 25-12 over the Lancers.

Abby Betten led the offense with eight kills. She also had 10 digs as the Vikings improved to 12-6.

Olivia Trippiedi had five aces and Taneisha Brown 16 assists for the winners. Sophie Bussard had one block.

Valley won the junior varsity match 25-22, 25-12.
