LEESBURG — The Kosciusko County F.A.C.T. Team is currently investigating a two-vehicle fatality crash that occurred this afternoon just east of the Town of Leesburg, Indiana. 

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Deputies responded with Leesburg/Plain Township Fireman to the intersection of CR 700N and CR 200E at 12:34 p.m. after being notified a vehicular crash with one individual ejected. 

Officers arrived and determined that one of the drivers was deceased at the scene.  The driver of the second vehicle, a large, dual-axle, grain truck, was air-lifted from the scene and taken to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, in serious condition.

Names of the drivers are currently being withheld, as notification is still pending regarding family members.
