Nickolas Konoloff Jr., 53, rural Columbia City, died at his home at 12:13 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016. He had been in failing health.

He was born Nov. 5, 1962, in Gardena, Calif., a son of Nicholas and Muriel (Fearn) Konoloff. He spent his formative years in Orange County, Calif.

He was a career long dry wall installer.

He is survived by a daughter: Nichole Konoloff, Vancouver, Wash; his mother: Muriel Konoloff, Columbia City; two sisters: Kathy Konoloff, St Charles, Mo.; and Ronda King, Columbia City; and a nephew: Roderick King, Columbia City.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Smith and Sons Coach Room, Columbia City. The family will receive friends and relatives from 9:30 a.m. until the service.
